Block Grid Areas cannot be resized

Bug summary

For a layout BlockGrid element you cannot set the columns. When you click on the label it shrinks to one column. Here is a video to show you what I did:

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an element type
2. Create a BlockGrid data type and add the element type
3. Open the element settings, go to Areas an create two columns
4. It is somehow possible to resize the first area, but impossible to do this with the second area
