Node names displayed as (undefined) when the node is not published in the respective language

Bug summary

When a user has multi language and has a node which is only published in a specific language, the node name/title is displayed as (undefined) in the node tree.

This bug is introduced in 15.3.*. Works fine in 15.2

Steps to reproduce

Create a node which is only published in another language (in this case it is NO). Save and publish - go to the language dropdown in the node tree and select another language. Then the node should be shown as (undefined).

Expected result / actual result

I would expect it to have the node name in the parenthesis rather then undefined.
