spin组件在全屏状态下展示BUG及异常问题

windows、chorme120.0.6099.225（正式版本） 、vue3.3.11

Steps to reproduce

假如组件元素A，内部包裹了主要内容，和其内部弹出的loading元素B，A元素和B元素为兄弟。假如我把A元素设置全屏，B元素则会受到A全屏的影响弹出了但是没有展示，现在官方没有给出B元素的挂载方法，无法挂载到父元素，有没有什么好的解决方案。
