Steps to reproduce

• when yarn is not installed on the system
  vue ui
  New Project
  Select package manager: yarn
  Finish install
  There will be a silent crash in the UI.

What is expected?

Displaying a message: "[package manager name] not found", same message as in the cli

What is actually happening?

Just goes back to the wizard screen
