The characters under Intent of this Success Criterion in the same page is more than the stablished (see picture attached).

Hei, is not that difficult to understand. It is only needed to google " WCAG 1.4.8 Visual Presentation" and it takes you there.
The whole website is not following this rule. And it is a paradox because they are breaking the rules that they are making. And it is that simple as characters per line.
