Steps to Reproduce

1. create-react-app my-app --scripts-version=react-scripts-ts
2. git init
3. yarn test --coverage
4. yarn start
   Failed to compile
   .../coverage/lcov-report/prettify.js
   (1,3681): Forbidden bitwise operation
