How can I customize the link preview when sending a message?

I know we can turn on and off link previews by using disable_web_page_preview. But in case my message includes many links and I just want to display the link preview for a specific link, how can I do it?

I have read the Telegram API documentation, and I see there is an option to do it, as shown in the following screenshot:
