Update whisper.objc example to use xcframework

With the introduction of the xcframework we could update this example to use it. So we would add whisper.xcframework to Frameworks, Libraries, and Embedded Content and also remove the compilation of whisper.cpp sources in Build Phases -> Compile Sources.
