PyCon 2015 sprints

I am going to be hosting a 2-day pandas sprint at PyCon 2015, on April 13-14, see here. Thanks for choosing to partcipate!

• groupby.mean, etc, doesn't recognize timedelta64 #5724
• ENH/API: clarify groupby by to handle columns/index names #5677
• Index([1,2,.np.nan]).get_indexer([np.nan]) returns wrong value? #7820
• Give all NotImplementedErrors a description #7872
• API: return_type argument in StringMethods.split() #9847
• BUG: losing Index/Series names master issue #9862
• DEPR/DOC: rpy deprecation #9602
