Small Feat: Modify bug report to use `print_debug_info`

The bug report template should be modified to make use of the print_debug_info function in a few months.

This function was proposed in #2907 and added in #2913

we did not modify the template in that PR because no users would have had the version installed with the function. Once enough of the userbase has shifted to a version with the function we should change the bug report template.
